For our final webinar of 2021, we had the pleasure of having Jason Mitchell, of the Jason Mitchell Group, facilitate a session called “How to Scale Your Real Estate Career”.

This session was packed with insights from Jason of how he was able to grow his career from building his brand in a single neighborhood to operating across the country and leading the most successful real estate team in the nation.

After providing some brief background about himself, Jason launches into his LEVELS model of understanding where your business currently exists, understanding its challenges, and describing strategies for moving to the next LEVEL of business.
