Tami and Chad are absolutely amazing. We were first time home buyers whom knew nothing about the process, did not really know what we wanted to buy, or where.. They walked us thoroughly through each step, guided us towards what we wanted by showing us a lot of places and listening to every thought we had. Their patience and attention to detail guided us towards our perfect home. They were safe in these strange Covid times, very considerate of the seller and us the buyers. It was such an amazing experience that we have become close friends and we are so happy and thankful to have had them on this journey. To say that we recommend them is an understatement, you would be lucky to have them.

My wife and I decided to sell our condo and buy a home early in the pandemic, which was obviously a weird proposition since there were so many unknowns. Tami and Chad were just amazing and extremely nice. Tami is the best real estate agent my wife and I could have imagined to be working with. She is a hustler, very friendly, on top of stuff, very patient, a great listener and very professional. She understood our situation, and our variables right from day one and then worked like a champ to help us close on our dream house. She was always available, receptive to our changing ideas and just pleasant to work with. She understood what mattered to us the most and always kept that in the cross-hair. She went out of her way so many times to help us through this journey and made it very comfortable for us. She is very knowledgeable about the Playa vista area. I would not think twice before recommending her to anyone, especially if you are wishing to move to PV. I wish both of them loads of success and hope to work with her again.
