I had Belinda represent me as to sell my condo in Stockton, as I am located in LA county and away most of the time from being able to sort out things, Belinda went way and above over normal realtor duties. With organizing a plumber, a carpenter to fix the fence an electrician to install safety devices, dealing with the condo homeowners associating board which is no mean feat..... This time was the 2nd time I had Belinda represent me in a real estate transaction and would use her again in a heartbeat...
