When David came to our house he was highly recommended and was very familiar with our area. He had done his homework and told us what price he expected our home to sell for. It was higher than I imagined but he was right on the money and got the high end of what he told us. His staff were great to work with and we were kept appraised of every step. Selling a home can be kind of nerve-racking but David and his team, especially Danielle, were "holding our hands" all the way. David is very personable and topnotch! I would have given him more stars if that were possible, he earned them!!
