Gary Marchese

After working with a couple of realtors in the Denver area, we were referred to Gary who helped my husbands brother purchase a home 5 years ago. Gary was nothing short of amazing! I have a hundred nice things to say about Gary. He really had your best interest at heart, which is hard to find in such a cut throat world. He would rather take the time and give you sound advice on a home before you make a purchase that you aren't satisfied with. I can tell you, that I looked at close to half a dozen homes, and he would walk through and point out potential costs like asbestos or foundation issues. He didn't just try to make a sale, he worked to make sure I could find a home that I would love and that fit my budget. I searched for a home for years and I took breaks for family illness, work, and travel. And he would always call to ask how my mother was doing with her cancer. He really cares! He was never just trying to get the next paycheck, but he really care about people. And you can't buy that. You won't find a more honest, down to earth, good guy than Gary. I recommend everyone to him.
