Joel Ament formed the Company in 1992 as a Full Service Brokerage. Over the years the company has experienced tremendous growth. In 2002, the Aments moved the office into their new corporate facility . The 4,500 sq. ft. building is state of the art in design & technology and home to 36 employees including 6 management & support, 5 property management and 29 Sales Executives.
