We worked with Kathleen for 3 years looking for a home, so lets start with her incredible patience. We never felt pushed or rushed to buy a home or offer a contract. When we did think we found the one, she ended up doing some additional homework to determine that we couldnt do what we had planned with the house because of zoning restrictions. She called and said lets keep looking, this isnt the one. Finally when we put an offer and it was accepted, the seller actually said to her we wish we would have had you, they got everything they wanted...I think that says it all. We cant say enough good things about Kathleen. A lot of realtors just act like a friend to all parties and dont seem to really be working for you. Kathleen was completely different. It was easy to tell she was working for us the whole time to help get the things we wanted and she didnt mess around. She is very professional while being stern in looking out for our interests. Weve know. Kathleen for a long time and she was an easy choice to be our realtor. There is no way we could have done better
