MaryAlice is an absolutely fantastic realtor. She is polished, professional, and very straightforward. She took great care to understand what we gravitated towards, and what our family needs were, so she could help us find our new home. MaryAlice was our agent for the sale of our first home as well as for the purchase of our new home. We've already recommended her to several friends! MaryAlice was spot on with the marketing and pricing strategy for our home and it ultimately sold for 30K over asking with multiple offers. She gave great advice on how to prep the house for the market and worked with a photographer who did an incredible job so that our listing REALLY stood out on all of the real estate sites. MaryAlice did a great job navigating us through the offers and negotiation, as well as some last minute drama on the buyer's side in regard to their financing. Very thoughtful and patient with all of her explanations to help relieve a little bit of last minute anxiety!

MaryAlice has a great understanding of what her clients' needs are and what aesthetics they lean towards. The properties she would forward us were pretty consistently great to consider (and we saw many of them!). We had a bit of a roller coaster in terms of buying, and MaryAlice was a huge asset throughout the process. When an offer fell through on the dream house after inspection, and then our inspection dug up even more problems, MaryAlice helped us navigate through negotiating possible repairs before we ultimately had to leave the property, as well. She does a great job offering advice for putting together your offer and negotiating, and we appreciated her thoughts on strategy as we went forward on both the first house, and the gorgeous home we ended up purchasing.

MaryAlice Beevore is a true professional in the real estate field. I've owned homes in five different states and have worked with numerous real estate agents but she is by far the best. MaryAlice helped me purchase two homes in the MSP area. The first home in Minnesota, purchased in 2016, is in Saint Paul. Initially an investment property, it is now my primary residence. My second home is in Columbia Heights, purchased in 2018, is an investment property. Mary Alice's knowledge and response to changes in Minnesota real estate is very impressive. She knows the history the region, understands market trends, the real estate process, the values, etc. She has always given me good advice and works hard to understands my needs and preferences so she can serve me well.
