Heather and Paul are the greatest! Heather was so on top of everything and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. We just closed on our forever home, and couldn't have asked for better realtors!! Thank you both for all you have done!!

My husband and I just closed on the sale and purchase of our new home one week ago today and couldn't be happier with The Konsor Group. We had previously been working with another real estate agent who was not the right fit. She was very difficult. Paul and Heather took our problem on. It felt amazing to be moving on without the previous agent. We put the house back on the market with the Konsors. They did some pre-marketing prior to our "live date" which included an open house. We literally had 3 full price offers the day we went on the market. We chose the offer that worked best for our family with a flexible closing date and started looking for the next home. Needless to say, we found our dream house and life couldn't be any better. If you are looking for responsive, kind, honest realtors, Paul and Heather are who you are searching for. The Konsor group knows how to take care of their clients. They have the knowledge and critical thinking that put them above the rest. There were multiple times in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home where they were familiar with current practices, procedures, law, etc. This allowed them to use foresight others don't have; hence, helping my wife and I to make better decisions overall. We therefore accomplished something we would not have come near to had gone with a different Realtor group.

We did a lease with option to buy on our home and worked with Paul to look at homes and purchase our home. He was amazing to work with and walked us through the whole process and even told us if he didn't think a house would pass through the companies standards. We ended up putting in an offer on a house and were 1 of 4 offers and it took longer than what was expected to hear back from the sellers but Paul kept us in the loop the whole time and was always there anytime we had questions up until we closed and moved in. We will definitely refer people to him and if we choose to buy again he will be our regulator we choose but we plan on securing a loan on this house in a few years as this really is a dream home and location.

Having moved more than a dozen times between my fiance and I, Heather did what I thought would be impossible. She made everything so easy to understand, made sure we were always in sync, always returned any call or found out any answer to the many questions that I had. She was on top of everything from the moment we met. We sold fast, we sold in the price range we expected, and we never had anything come up that Heather couldn't handle. The best part, Heather made the process about us in our time of need. I never expected her to be so comforting and supporting, even after the sale. I would highly recommended any friend our family member to contact Heather for any question or inquiry. I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like I would be doing everyone I know a disservice if I didn't let them know about Heather as a Realtor and fantastic person of the community.
