Well I have never written a review on anyone! But today I am boasting about Jeanette Richardson! She is a true professional! She knows her business and has helped us and has educated us on real estate. She has become more than just our realtor, but a friend! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a new home! My husband and myself were blessed enough to find Don Boardwell when we moved to the St.Robert area years ago. He listened to us and got us into a house that matched all our needs, and was below our budget. 5 years later, we knew we had to go back to Don and the Matt Smith Real Estate Group to help us sell that home. Bookending that period in our life with Don was so special. You can tell he truly cares about our family and doing whats best. The team was helpful and responsive and got us to the end goal of selling the home as quickly and easily as possible. They even went above and beyond and worked with us on finding people to replace locks, and do the deep cleans! They even set those services up for us. Erik was the best realtor i have ever worked with and he got me into the best house for my family to grow up in. We drove for hours to a countless number of homes and the one we ended up with we visited 3 or 4 times. He was awesome with my 3 boys and all their questions. What a great team Matt Smith has developed. Kristen Reagan set the tone when showing up within 30 minutes of a cold call to show a house. She was super helpful and went above and beyond during the purchase. She made it easy and communication was exceptional. Kristen was top notch. When it was time to sell, we were Disappointed Kristen would not be helping, but she explained how Matt Smith Group operated. She again went above and beyond to find a great fit for us and participated until she felt like we we were happy with the transition. During the listing, Shelia Wilkinson became our listing agent. Wow, she was a perfect fir! Through connections showed the house and had a contract in 24 hours. Again, Shelias level of communication was superb. Shelia has made it super easy to be military and sell a house. She responds on the spot. She helps in anyway she can and does everything possible to make the process easy and convenient. They have set the standards high on helping the military.
