Becky Mitchener is by far the best realtor in Las Cruces. She has been in Las Cruces since the 70s and knows the area inside and out. One of the things we liked the most about Becky is how much she cared about us getting the right home and we didn't even know her. She came to us as a recommendation from our realtor in Santa Fe, NM. She listened to everything we had to say about what we wanted in a home, encouraged us every time we wanted to panic because of our deadline and gently suggested that "we may not want to live there" when we looked at a house on the internet that she didn't think we would be happy in buying. I must say we ended up in a wonderful neighborhood, in one of the most beautiful homes in Las Cruces. Trust us, you can't do better.

Becky was great in every way. We were out of state clients who were referred to Becky. She listened, was very responsive to all calls, texts and emails. When we came into town, she presented good prospects and we found our home the first day. She walked us through everything, all paperwork, negotiations, and procedures in great temperament. Becky Michener provided a very professional service to get our condo sold in a timely fashion.
