We have been working with Dallas after experiencing a previous unpleasant situation with another realtor. Since we decided to have Dallas as our agent to find a home, it has been an extraordinary process. First, Dallas has been very kind, patient, courteous, professional and very to the point. He told us the pros and cons of specific neighborhood, house details, the location that might best fits our needs, all in all, he was very attentive to us and wanted to make sure we find the house we wanted. He was also ALWAYS available to us. He paid close attention to the details in the house he visited for us, so there won't be any surprises. Dallas helped us obtain an investment property right before the most recent boom. He asked all the right questions to help us elaborate our own goals, patiently helped us through the selection process until we landed on the right property, then encouraged and guided us through swift but responsible decision making so we wouldn't "miss the boat".
