Ryan is wonderful to work with. He will go out of his way to help you sell your house and do what you need to do to make it happen. Hes understanding about how difficult it can be to sell your home, flexible with accommodating all parties involved and honest about the decisions that need to be made. Met Ryan about 3-4 years ago. We put my house on the market a couple of times before 2021. Both of those times he knew I wasn't going negotiate, yet still took the time to take quality pictures and video. Fast forward to 2021 and I am now an active seller. Ryan took the time to discuss the market in my area and what my house was likely to get. He let me know the little things I needed to do as a seller to make my house a marketable as I could. The pictures and video were of the highest quality. As the offers came in, Ryan was in constant contact with me to discuss them. 4 days after my house went on the market, and without an Open House, I sold my house for $50,000 over asking.
