Jean was very responsive throughout the entire process - texting and emailing was very helpful. She scheduled several showings for us, and always came prepared. She was a great point of contact between all parties involved in the home buying process (sellers agent, our attorney etc). She was so patient with us as first time buyers, and we appreciated all of her insight.

She was always available to me from a simple question via text or for a more complicated issue over the phone or in person.
