Diane is amazing. She convinced me to list in December and I was a bit wary. She Sold it for Full List Price, within just 10 Days, during the holidays! Step by Step she coached me to stage my home as her experience dictated. She protected me every step of the way while being fair to the buyers as well. She was extremely organized, kept me informed every step of the way...she left no stone unturned. She secured a Handyman and Gardener that worked quickly to assure I would be ready to list. She has a list of movers, 1 of which I used. They were wonderful as well. I would not hesitate for a second to use her again. I feel as if I've gained a true friend.

After just 11 Days on the Market, Diane was able to get us a good offer on our Woodside Ranch Home. Others in the area were on the market for months but Diane's Photography & Marketing got us several showings right away and we were able to close before moving into our new home out of state with her co-ordinating details for us during the process, make it a simple, easy process.
