Rian Palfrey

My parents used Rian to sell one of their rentals within the last year. I would definitely recommend Mr. Palfrey to anybody who is looking for a great real estate experience. Since my parents are "getting up in years" and had had some real estate experiences that weren't that great, I asked if I could choose their realtor this time. They consented. From my first contact with Rian, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He actually returned phone calls in a timely manner which seems to be uncommon for many realtors. Also, the home and property had "issues" - septic too close to the well, etc. As a result, it was more difficult to sell. Rian didn't give up on us or on selling the place. My parents were able to get a good price considering the property. If I need a realtor in Central Oregon in the future, Rian will definitely be my first choice.

Rian Palfrey provided my wife and I excellent and professional help in purchasing our current home in Redmond, OR. He also helped us with advice on selling our previous home. Rian was extremely attentive to our needs and desires. He had homes for us to consider and look at in rapid succession until we settled upon the one we ultimately purchased. He guided us through the inspections/negotiations phase and through closing demonstrating a keen knowledge of all the processes and details involved.
