Selling homes or helping buyers to purchase home in the Anchorage Municipality and the Matanuska Valley has been one of those careers that I am not working. Loving what I do, I am enjoying making new friends who have continued to refer me over the past 38 years while selling residential properties. Moving up to Alaska has been of great value for me to assist buyers moving into Alaska, having moved to the lower 48 for a year, it is a process that takes patience and understanding. As a seller leaving Alaska, that also requires knowledge of the best movers in town, what to do in every circumstance and to be able to network with other Realtors in all 50 states to assist them in the purchase of another home in another state.
