Janice was very professional and responsive during our entire experience. We interviewed 4 realtors and chose Janice because she did her homework and pointed out a few things that all others missed. She came in with a higher price and reasons supporting why she thought we could get it. We got 100k over what 1 realtor suggested because they were lazy and didn't want to work for it. We are so thankful we didn't settle. Janice had high reviews online and she met all of our expectations and were happy to give high recommendations! Janice Lobaugh is a breathe of fresh air in the real estate sector. I sold a lot, and more recently, my house using her as my agent. Prior to this she helped my daughter in a real estate transaction. She has a wealth of knowledge and puts her experience to work. She always keeps her clients first and foremost. I can't say enough good things. 5 stars is not enough!

Janice and Karlesa were fantastic to work with and we would recommend them to anyone! They were great at getting us into view houses quickly (most of the time the same day they went on the market) which is essential in a fast paced market like today. We appreciated their honest opinions on houses and that they truly were looking to find the best fit for us and not just make a sale.
