Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness We started working with Latosha selling our Wasilla last October and we are finally closing this week. We had some things to bring up to code and Latosha was great in helping us get them done. She was fun and easy to work with and had good suggestions that helped to sell our home. Selling a home that we built ourselves in 1995 is a bittersweet thing, but having a nice fun person helping you makes it a little easier :-)

Latosha was amazing every step of the way! We were not living in the area when we began our search, so everything was a little more complicated for us but Latosha made everything as easy as possible! She helped us with our lender and answered our millions of questions happily. We were first time home buyers so the entire process was foreign to us, but with her we felt secure and informed. Now we live in our beautiful new home and have Latosha to thank. 10/10 would recommend!
