It is with pleasure that I recommend Sue Walker as a Real Estate Agent for any family wanting or needing to sell their house. I live in Ohio & my Father passed on in Alabama, leaving me his house. Sue met with me on the phone and e-mail. She made all the arrangements to prepare the house for sale. This included cleaning, painting, repairs, carpets removed and replaced. Also yard work so it would look nice. I later was able to make a quick trip to meet with her in person. She is an highly attentive agent & kept me informed about the progress of the sale. She is very personable, pleasant & professional. She is also highly talented technologically. Since this was an estate sale there were some challenges. Sue went above & beyond to solve them. She sent me 7 offers & helped me chose the best one. She got me an excellent price & made every effort to keep expenses low. I have purchased & sold several houses in my life & Sue is the best agent that I have worked with.
