Paula Knodel was exceptional during my difficult time of losing my dad and dealing with probate, which I had no idea that we would have to probate. I was a little overwhelmed to say the least. Paula was a great find for us, as we were looking for our first rental home in the Gulf Shores area. We are experienced buyers, having purchased homes homes in five states. This purchase was a bit different, being our first short term rental purchase in a sellers' market while living in Pittsburgh. We booked a weekend trip and Paula packed it with condo showings up and down the Gulf Coast. We were able to narrow it to a specific area then wait for a condo to go up for sale. The market was hot and condos were selling in less than a week. Paula became our eyes and ears in the market. We had word a condo was becoming available and Paula jumped into action. She took a video so perfect it felt as if we were there. We immediately knew it was the perfect fit and went to work on the offer. Paula was there for us every step of the way.
