I worked with Karl to sell my home and buy a new one. He made both the sale and purchase a great experience. He sent someone out who did an outstanding job taking very professional photos of my home. I have bought and sold a few homes over the past 25 years and have interacted with a few realtors. Karl was by far the best! He was always professional and communication was excellent with him responding to my calls and texts very quickly. If I ever buy again I will definitely use him!

Getting in touch with Karl Heckman was the best thing that could have happened to us. He took us through the process of purchasing the house, including negotiations with the seller, and made it easy. This was greatly appreciated as we were in New York State. At one point, he wasnt feeling well and his wife Christie came down in his place to show us around. They both made us feel welcome and treated us as if we were their first priority. Karl was always available to answer questions. Even after the purchase he kept in touch with us, inquiring about how we were doing and offering help if we needed any. We highly recommend him.
