If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Steve and Anna were great to work with in selling our house, were quick to respond to all our questions, and very professional. They handled everything (it was very helpful, especially with us being out of state). And it took them less than 2 months to sell our house!!! They left us little to worry about. Their assistance is greatly, GREATLY, appreciated! We would recommend them 200%!

Finally, after years of talk about moving and occasionally going to an Open House, we got serious about a new house and enlisted Steve and Anna Parker to represent us in our search, about this time last year. Steve and Anna were so very helpful and so very patient with us as we looked at home after home in a very challenging real estate market. Steve and Anna were always so gracious and helpful, suggesting homes that they thought might be what we were looking for, as well as arranging tours of others that we'd come across online. After moving, they also guided us through the process of listing and selling our previous home - again, a very unfamiliar process to us. When I first moved to Birmingham I contacted Steve to help me make my first home purchase. He found me a place within my budget and helped walk me through the chaos that is making a home purchase. Everything was smooth and he took care of everything. Fast forward 5.5 years and I got an offer for a new job out of state. I knew exactly who I would call to help sell my home. Steve and his team once again went above and beyond in helping me sell my home. I had to move prior to the home being sold. Steve dealt with a crazy HOA and never complained. While I was out of state he took care of all the inspections and even personally fixed my blinds. Steve did the impossible and made the selling of my home as smooth as it was when I first purchased it. I cant say enough nice things about Steve and his team. They worked hard and were attentive every time I had a question. I wish they were with me in my current city as I would FOR SURE use them on my next purchase.
