Heather is exactly what we needed in an agent for our first investment property! She was patient as we worked through the initial research, made us aware of properties that we hadn't thought to consider, and worked tirelessly to help us get to the closing table. Heather is an incredible real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and really listens to her clients. She sold a waterfront lot for us and we were impressed every step of the way on how she marketed the property as well as kept us well informed of everything. It felt like we were going through the buying experience with a close friend. My wife and I started looking for a condo earlier this year and targeted The Beach Club in the Ft. Morgan area just west of Gulf Shores. We conducted a phone interview with Heather Loper and just felt comfortable moving forward with her as our agent. Due to work and schedule, we went through the buying process remotely in its entirety. Though there were some bumps along the road and market was tough, the experience with Heather and her team could not have been better. Heather was the perfect person to sell my property. She knew the area well, had lots of connections, and I always felt like she was on my side.
