He worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the photos. He provided avenues for additional advertising. The most important thing he did for us was walk us through the dearth of my husband and cancelled our contract until I could put out home back on the market. He was so kind, compassionate and professional through the entire experience. He used technology to provide us with analysis of current market trends, prospective buyers and advice through the entire process. Our house actually sold for more than we listed. Larry knows this territory well! He is very patient, he listens and hears what we were unable to communicate. He was a great help when we arrived, he took off his realtor pants and went over and above the call of duty in providing some of his furniture as ours with stuck in a container at a port... he was a great resource of information regards real estate taxes etc.. we highly recommend him!
