Kelly Thomason

Wayne and Kelly Thomason have been Realtors since 2006 and 2008, respectively. They are very involved in many aspects of the City of Hot Springs. Wayne served on the City of Hot Springs Planning Commission and Kelly is a member of CDAC. Both are members of the HSBOR, ARA and the National Assoc. of Realtors. They have been members of the HS Cof C for over 10 yrs. Both are members of PACA, Hot Springs Saddle Club, National Park Corvette Club, and HS Cruisers. Wayne is a native of HS and a former horse trainer. Kelly holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Res. Specialist-top 3% of Realtors in the Country), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and GRLA (Graduate Realtor Leadership Academy) designations. Both also earned their C2EX Designations. Team Thomason took home the Diamond Award of Excellence in 2021. Kelly is from California and was an independent insurance agent in Texas for over 20 years. Together, the Thomason’s “Sell Lake, Land and “Dreams”.
