Richard Douglass and his wife moved to Mountain Home Arkansas a year ago because their bucket list seemed to be growing faster than they were checking things off. They both grew up in the California desert and knew wanted to live somewhere green and where people were conventional. They searched all over the US for possible places and felt this area had everything they were looking for. He has been in real estate for the past 2 decades. He and his wife own and operate a number of rental properties in Nevada, Arizona, and Arkansas. They have also been active in the fixer-upper market, where they have had really good success. There is nothing better than handing keys to a new homeowner. I love the way it feels when their children are giving me a tour of a home we are looking at and they are telling me which room is theirs, and where their toys will go, etc.
