This is only my second house purchase but when I say that Andrea exceeded my expectations, I dont say it lightly! Andrea was extremely communicative, punctual, informative and was all business!! She helped us with negotiations based off of pasts experiences which helped when it came to buying from a seller that she has worked with before! My wife and I are so very pleased with everything Andrea did for us! She would go out of her way to accommodate our needs even at the pay minute! SELFLESS!! She never stopped working for us all the way through the process and then some!! We will definitely work with Andrea again if she is still in the business when the tome comes!!

She expertly navigated us through the process and even after there were a few hiccups from the bank and the sellers, she helped us through the whole process so we were able to get into the house by our strict timeline. I cant praise her enough for the work that she put in for us. She is honest and hardworking and brought up any issues she foresaw ahead of time so that we could preempt those. I appreciated her knowledge of the areas and the value vs quality of the homes we were looking for. Andrea has a wonderful network of well-established contacts she called upon to help answer some of those unusual situation questions that came up, and because we bought a unique property there were many. I think that the main area Andrea shined was once we found our property. She was so quick and efficient with our offer that it was immediately accepted, preventing a possible bidding war (there were so many inquiries the next day the listing agent had to remove the listing). Navigating the closing procedures and renegotiating when needed was quick and easy. We really can't say enough about how terrific our experience working with Andrea was. She's a pleasure to work with.

Andrea helped us find our home. We were looking for a historic home downtown and had a very specific list of criteria. We were willing to wait for the right house to come along, and it ended up taking around two years for us to find "the one". During that entire time, Andrea was wonderful to work with. She never pressured us to buy or make sacrifices on our "must-haves". She found and showed us at least a dozen houses and was always available to answer questions. Ultimately, we ended up finding our home off-market, and Andrea helped navigate the purchase seamlessly.
