in 1993 my sisters and I inherited a house then sold it to someone without being represented. The buyer had representation. We did not know our rights or what an independent valuation could have brought us. In my heart there was a calling that I could not shake. I knew there had to be more people out there that has had similar experiences. Seven years later in 2000 I buckled down and took the state required courses and became licensed. From the moment I received my license I promised myself to educate my clients of ALL of their options. While finding my niche the most joy was found when developing individualized approach to both buyers and sellers. No two people are the same and no two properties are the same. So why should you get the cookie cutter approach. One size does not fit all. With a marketing background I can always develop a strategy that you will be happy with.
