I was recently appointed the executor of a relative's estate, which included a personal residence and two rental condos. Rebecca and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the process - determining strategy, beneficial repairs/upgrades, and ultimately overseeing what was a pretty substantial amount of repair and remodel work at one of the properties. Rebecca and her team managed and oversaw all repairs and upgrades, insulating me from all of that hassle. Ultimately, she sold all three properties at great prices, in a VERY short amount of time, and with an absolute minimum of effort on my part.
