I have been working in the Phoenix metro real estate market since 1998. Initially as a mortgage lender then in 2004 became a licensed Realtor. In 2008, I received my Brokers license and owned and operated Prime 220 Realty for 10 years before moving my brokerage to eXp Realty. This transition allows me to provided superior service to my clients with a large support network in addition to my team. Having conducted 1000's of real estate transactions, from traditional home sales, mortgage loans, residential investment transactions and distressed sales, I have the unique perspective that gives a distinct advantage to clients. I have implemented systems that utilize the latest technology which enable clients to be aware of the home buying/selling process every step of the way. These systems were designed not only to keep the client informed during the process but really to reduce their stress in what may be the most 'stressful' transaction of their lives.

The cornerstone of my business is client referral. If I do a great job I will not only do several transactions with many clients but get the referrals of their friends and family.
