Very patient in the entire process with me, answered all my questions as they come up, very responsive and understanding. I had a bad experience with my lender but Linda was just amazing throughout the entire process.

Linda was wonderful to work with and always available to answer questions. Did a great job show casing my home to draw interest immediately. This lead to a quick sale. She was great at negotiating the sales price. I highly recommend her.

Given that I'm a first-time homebuyer, the entire process of physically finding a home and figuring out the financials was extremely daunting to me. After meeting Linda, however, these fears quickly faded, as she constantly guided me through the steps of home buying and provided excellent insight on locations and prices. After finally finding the perfect home for me, Linda was very helpful in walking me through the closing process, which also included many phone calls and emails to my lender in order to get updates. Linda made sure that I was going to close by my set date and continuously gave me calls and sent texts/emails to keep me in the loop. Even after closing, Linda stayed in contact and even visited the property to make sure everything was going well (and also had her husband bring a ladder and batteries to the house when my fire alarms went off on closing day!). Overall, her energy and real estate expertise led to me having the most amazing home-buying experience.

I have worked with many realtors in the past, some good, and some not so good. I have to say that Linda was the very best in every way. She got us more than asking price, it sold in less than three days, she kept us informed of each step of the way. Her knowledge of the market was far superior than anybody we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her to everybody in need of a home. Truly a great person to work with.

Wow! What a great experience I had with Linda! She went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. Every detail was impeccable ..... from communication, follow-ups, punctuality with appointments, and even went with me to my closing in case I had any questions. And as an added bonus, we shared many laughs along the way. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and I will certainly recommend her to all my family and friends. A++
