Ginny has worked with me on my last 3 homes and I have to say that this one was not only the easiest real estate transaction ever but we got our Dream Home! We made an offer on our Dream Home but he wouldnt entertain it without ours being under contract, Ginny went to work and we sold our house on the first showing and were under contract in 4 days which allowed us to get our Dream Home! Her mortgage person Allyson was amazing as well and walked us through the easiest process possible to get closed efficiently.
