Klaus Team was THE BEST EVER!!!! No pressured selling. Communication was on point! They replied to EVERY text EVERY text message! The TEAM as a whole was Wonderful. I was a bit stand-offish at first because of being burned or dealt with unfairly in the past. But, seriously take it from me someone who climbs the corporate ladder and either complains or gives credit where due... Klaus Team was Superb!!! They sold our home within a month. It was based on the market yes, and their professionalism, obviously a Love in what they do. I will use them going forward and Highly suggest you do the same if your looking for a non-gimmick straight forward caring team!

Made a complicated cross-country move to the East PHX Valley and had to stay in a small hotel room from arrival to deal close, which made our transition that much more difficult. Everyone bent over backwards to expedite what became a near-seamless process. This can easily be an in-house, one-stop shop operation if desired, which is what we did - agent, finance and title within feet of each other, just pick a door. All documentation submissions and signings were easily done electronically, then printed. Rick, Steve, Theresa and Heidi [@ satellite office] were just exceptional - accessible, patient and helpful, would absolutely recommend and be a return client.

I just had the most exciting, satisfying home buying experience. They are the best! Their knowledge and professionalism are over the top. Even though they are very busy, I was treated like their only client. From start to finish everything was right on schedule.
