I consider myself so lucky. I read reviews about Myriad Real Estate, about 6 months before actually making up my mind to sell and buy. I interviewed with a few realtors prior to meeting with Daniel Brown. He was so warm/professional. Reassuring, no pressure at all. I, on the other hand was such a nervous wreck. Danny and his team, just warms my heart thinking about how cohesive and informative they were to me. Didn't matter to them, they made sure I understood and was aware of all phases, and any questions that cropped up were addressed giving me the seller/buy so much confidence. Danny has quite an array of videos that are available but he treated me like I was a favorite aunt, I really was honored at how much I felt like family, I have so much gratitude to Danny, Madeline , Morgan for all the hand holding and nerve consoling they gave me. Danny and his entire team at Myriad were awesome with selling our existing home and helping us find our new one. The market has been crazy so finding our new place required that we act quickly. Madeline was great in accommodating our schedules and getting us in to places we wanted to see. After a few places going under contract before we could make an offer, we finally found the one for us. She advised on key steps to help enhance our offer on the house. Once under contract we had to quickly sell our house. Danny gave us tips on what to stage and adjust to maximize the features of our home. We listed on a Tuesday and had 4 offers in 24 hours. We ended up selling 12K over our list price! We were super excited with Danny's ability to have the offers compete with one another.

They did an amazing job, as someone who works with realtors all the time I can confidently say Danny is one of the best I have ever talked with. He and his team have great communication between each other and had great communication with me throughout the entire process. I would 10/10 recommend this team to anyone.

From start to finish the Myriad team was there to help me every step of the way. Daniel is very involved and makes sure he is available for any questions that might arise. I worked with Doug mostly who was amazing and answered any of my text almost immediately. The team is very active in making sure they get you the best wether you are buying or selling. Home buying is a very stressful process and Doug and Daniel did their best to make sure that the whole process was as easy as possible.

He also provided other services that other Relators didn't, or charged for. Danny approached it all with a great sense of humor, calm demeanor, and a positive attitude. He was always upfront and realistic, yet maintained confidence that I would sell my house for a great price. And he did! It was just 1 month from the house going on the market to the close, which is absolutely amazing!
