We did buy a house site unseen and when I got here didn't like it, no problem for Tim (and I was on a limited amount of time) he jumped into action and found us the perfect home the same day. I wanted the whole inside painted another color and Tim found a guy that could do it before we moved in so they had about 4 days and he talked them into working the weekend. He went out of his way to oversee the project. He's a prince among men. I would refer him to anybody I know. I absolutely don't know what we would have done without him.
