Darren helped us purchase a home in Scottsdale and provided excellent service. He was very responsive in quickly getting back to us, which was important because we were visiting from out of town. He was able to show us the neighborhoods and properties on short notice and was very generous this his time and knowledge. After the closing he helped us locate cleaners, handyman services and contractors to handle a few fix-up items. I've worked with many realtors over the years and would say Darren is among the best. I highly recommend him.

My assistant found Darren when searching for a good agent online in the Phoenix area. My existing property manager was suggesting a huge list of improvements she felt my home had to have or it would not sell for a good price. Darren was referred to us through another agent as someone who was an expert in land and lots and was he ever! When we hired Daren we immediately had offers but eventually one of the buyers discovered that the previous owner had never gone through the City of Phoenix lot split process and therefore would not grant a building permit on our lot. This is where Darren was worth his weight in gold as he helped us hire a prominent zoning attorney who then worked with the City and the property owner next door to resubmit the lot through the City so that we could clear all of the issues so the City would issue a permit. It took time, patience, and a deep understanding of how all of this works and we finally were able to close the lot with everything resolved. Darren was professional, knowledgable, and had a great attitude throughout with confidence that he knew how to fix it and that is exactly what he did. We would recommend him to everyone and will in the future.
