We had an exceptional experience with David Tucker as our realtor! In today's market especially, its critical to have a realtor with the depth and experience that David brings - whether is finding the perfect home, negotiating price, or all the things that happen after offer acceptance. To me, what sets David apart from all other realtors is his knowledge and service AFTER offer acceptance on either the house you are selling, the house you are buying or both. He helped us navigate the inspection phases and subsequent negotiations with ease - and these things are complex & rarely go as easily as planned. He actively worked with the mortgage broker as things were dynamically changing in the mortgage world during the height of COVID. He knew we were remodeling the house we purchased and met us countless times before we closed to bring in contractors, get bids, take measurements etc. And, he even had recommendations for contractors, several of which we went with and were quite happy.

I cant express how professional, thorough, thoughtful and hardworking, David Tucker is in a review. You really have to experience it in person to appreciate not only what an excellent real estate agent he is but the kind of person he is. Ive worked with David buying and selling 3 homes and renting one. He had nothing to do with the rental but contacted the owner to get the lockbox open so I could see the place. He had nothing to gain by doing this. Essentially, he has become a great friend. He bends over backwards for his clients. There are millions of real estate agents out there but its hard to find a gem like David. He sent me a text this morning saying, I was at your house this morning at 6 with my plumber to install a new garbage disposal as a way of saying thank you.
