The most challenging thing about writing a review about the Sibbach team is to not use too many positive superlatives... they are literally that amazing! The Sibbach team is the real estate equivalent of a Michelin Five Star restaurant. :) I had approached Jeff about the "Sell and Stay" program in which he would purchase my primary residence and allow me to lease it back while my new home was being built. Jeff and his team exceeded all my expectations and made this quite honestly the best and most seamless transaction I have ever had!
