Tracy was born and raised in Arizona and is graduate of Arizona State University. In addition to her in-depth knowledge and experience in real estate, Tracy has a strong financial background – Combined 25 years of experience in Banking, Securities/Stock Broker, Pledged Asset Mortgages, Residential and Commercial Lending, Fix and Flips. Tracy comes from a family of veterans and is passionate about giving back and helping those who have served our country. Tracy strongly believes that ongoing training and development is vital in this ever changing industry. She regularly attends new education classes in order to be on the cutting-edge in the real estate industry. Tracy is a strong and ethical advocate in the negotiation process and communicates properly with all parties in each transaction to ensure deadlines are met and escrows close smoothly.
