Kind of hard to believe she's only been in this role for two years, but she is from a family real estate business so that may explain her expertise. She also connected us with a lending institution and title company so it was a full service experience.

Michael was very patient involving the sale of my marital home. He had to deal with two lawyers and an ex spouse that was far from cooperative. Michael never took a side and stayed professional the entire time. When it came to negotiating the home sale and keeping up with the documents no one is better. He is a true professional at his trade and anyone looking to buy or sale a home would be lucky to have him in your corner. His knowledge of the contracts and amendments and their proper wording is second to none and always has hie clients best interest in mind, not just his commission. He would rather cancel a sale that would affect your bottom line and prolong him receiving his commission. This is the only home I had ever sold and was very nervous in dealing with an agent due to horror stories I have herd from others.
