Shauna and her family are more than realtors! You become part of their family. I have never seen a person work as hard as she did to satisfy all of our needs. I have nothing but praise for Shauna Mackey and really got lucky when I selected her to be my agent. I began working with her last spring when I flew down from Seattle to look at houses in the Phoenix area. I liked her immediately and she didn't disappoint. She was very professional, friendly and good humored as I kept changing our search parameters and took a long time to actually find a house that I liked. Anytime I found a house on line that I wanted more information on she would get it for me immediately and never hesitated to go the extra mile. Found the house that we wanted to buy and she was great as she guided us through the whole process. We had to do everything from a distance and Shauna handled the negotiations, the inspections and the walk through for us and even met with our contractors to get some remodeling under way. We were very pleased with everything that she did for us and are happy to recommend her to anyone who needs a fantastic agent and agency.

We actually purchased a home in AZ from KY. Shauna created a YouTube walk through video that allowed us to submit our bid on the home with confidence. She also created videos of houses that we chose not to pursue. She always gave us honest opinions that allowed us to purchase our new home. Weve relocated to AZ and are very happy. Without Shauna and Ken, I dont think it would have happened.

Mackey Real Estate is top notch! My husband and I worked with Shauna remotely as we were moving from Illinois to Arizona. Shauna and Ken would go to homes we liked and video them as we had to decide via sight unseen. They knew what we like and found us the perfect home. They go above and beyond just being realtors. They even accepted are car we had transported because we couldn't make it there in time. Highly recommend them if your purchasing a home or selling. I never ended up purchasing a home through Ken because of unexpected circumstances. But I will say he is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Responsive, caring, and honest. I would have felt 100% comfortable working with him to buy a house and would definitely work with him again, and you should, too! Highly recommend.
