The first home I purchased was a small 3 bedroom 1 bath home in 1967. It was located in Walnut Creek. Since then I have bought or sold over 15 properties. Usually I was not happy with the agents, using them only once. Then I met Mike Perry in 2009. My wife Kim and I have been very happy with all he has done for us. Mike's commissions are the best I've seen, and his service is unbeatable. The best example is a property we owned in Modesto. A property manager there had done a very poor job.
