Jeff was the first to reply to my inquiry. His follow-up throughout the process was always prompt and he and his staff were always available and knowledgeable when I needed answers or help. I asked him two main things that were important to me. One was what he intended to do to present and market my property. His answer was complete and detailed and gave me the confidence to list with him. Second, I asked him to present the property at a price at which it would sell. I did not want him to flatter me with a high price then have to beat me down later. Set the price where it will sell and sell it. And he did! He got top market for it. What more could I have asked. Oh, and it was sold within a few days. I "interviewed" 5 realtors. I have no regrets in choosing Jeff Jackson and his firm.
