There were some delays due to COVID-19 not because of Dan but even then he took it upon himself to reach out to our loan officer and give us updates. We found him to be honest and straightforward. We decided to buy a weekend cabin in Big Bear, Dan was the most pleasant and helpful of all the call backs we got after our initial search. We organized to visit the next morning and Dan was prepared with 15 beautiful listings to show us, we simply asked to see his favorite five based on his knowledge of our specifications. The third listing was love at first sight and within 48 hours we were the proud owner of the most perfect cabin in Sugarloaf. Dan has an incredible depth of knowledge of the local area, house price trends and an almost scary mind reader ability to interpret our needs and desires for our new property. He was with us every step of the way, from purchasing, mortgages, insurance and even utilities. Moreover when we suffered a water pipe burst due to extreme cold weather in the first month we called Dan for a plumber recommendation, and he not only found us a fantastic plumber he also drove to our property to help turn off the water and secure our home!!

Where do i start, Dan is one of the most genuine realtors ive ever meet. If the house is a piece of junk he will be the first one to say it, even when we really wanted to see it he gladly walked the property with us so we can see for ourselves. We initial came up to see one property and with Dan's expert knowledge he showed us multiple other property's in our price range, after 2 weeks of looking we had no luck and we were losing faith we would find anything. Dan watched the market without us asking and as soon as a home hit the market with the attributes we had wanted he let us know we went up and he was right.... it was perfect. Through the closing process, inspections, appraisals, and all the way till we moved in Dan was there with us. He even gave me a lesson on how to make sure the home doesn't freeze when we aren't occupying the home full time. Make sure to give him a call before you look in Big Bear!
