Daryl Owen is an exceptionally professional realtor who assisted me with the preparation and selling of my late relative's residence. I would note that he coordinated everything from a locksmith to a professional design and remodel. As it happened I live nowhere near the property and needed to rely on a local professional for a lot more than would normally be expected of a realtor. This also was not a huge commission for Daryl and his office, but I received nothing short of concierge treatment. He came recommended through my local realtor and I couldn't be any more pleased. Daryl Owen and Nickle Team provided outstanding service from the initial discussion leading up to listing the property to after sale support (continuing!). Daryl provided all the information and guidance we needed to list the home on Thursday 11/4/21 with outstanding photographs and a virtual tour. Nickle Team coordinated a two day open house the following weekend, and the next day Daryl presented us with 6 offers (1 all cash and 5 above the asking price).
