The whole moving process can be very stressful. Selling your existing home, finding a new one, packing, moving, etc. Joel made the whole experience as painless as possible. As one of the top realtors in the area, part of me was expecting to wait in line for his services or be part of the balancing act. Not at all with Joel. All my communications were answered quickly. To the point, where Joel made it feel like I was his only client. During our new home purchase, we had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with a novice realtor for the seller. She was so clueless, she didn't even know when we were closing. Lucky for us, we had Joel on our side. He made sure everything was taken care, and even went of his way to hand hold the other realtor to make sure our transaction didn't suffer.
