Mike and Joelle Berni are the A team when it comes to real estate. I have bought and sold many homes, each time the process was stressful and the real estate agents and I ended our relationship. This time was different. We had 2 houses to sell, 1 house I was on the fence to sell and the other I was ready to sell. With the first house within 2 days, Mike bought me multiple offers. When I decided to remove the listing Mike was understanding and helped me think through the process. The 2nd house, we gave the listing to Mike and Joelle on a Wednesday. We anticipated that it would sit for a few months, but by Thursday afternoon, we had multiple offers. By the weekend we had so many offers that we kept asking Mike and Joelle if they had the right house. We closed on the house today, and we can only thank Mike and Joelle for their advertisement efforts, their expertise in the field of real estate, and their market assessment and knowledge.
