I can't praise Bernard enough. I first became aware of him through his very useful neighborhood newsletter. I eventually contacted him and he helped me compile a list of items to prepare the house for sale. Having talked to other realtors, I knew this list made the most sense. When a painter seemed too expensive, he found a less expensive one. When the termite report seemed expensive to fix, he found another less expensive. When the house was ready, he knew exactly what to do: advertising and conducting open houses, making a beautiful brochure, building a professional level website with a video walk-through. He prepared the brokers on the items that must be in the offers and we received seven offers all over the asking price. I'm convinced that Bernard got me the very best deal for the least effort.
