Jackie Dean was the perfect real estate agent to help us find our new home while relocating to El Dorado Hills, CA. Talented, professional, and genuine without any pressure. Jackie acts in the best interest of her clients. While showing us homes, she quickly pointed out any red flags and whether priced appropriately. Jackie also took the time to understand the type of home and neighborhood we were seeking, including our personal preferences. Transparent, Honest and Open are three things which come to my mind when i think of Jackie our Realtor. We spoke(interviewed) with multiple realtors before we went with Jackie. After talking to her, we knew we wanted to go with her as she was very open and honest. Through out the process Jackie was on top of everything sending us listings and arranging for open houses within a day or two, often times us being the first open house visitors of the day. She helped us with coming up with realistic negotiation deals and offering an honest advice telling if a particular type of house was something we are not ready for (which we are glad now, we didn't put offers on those homes). Jackie was quick to find us a beautiful home in an aggressive market. Through out the process she is just on top of things and constantly communicating to us on all status updates. We are very thankful for Jackie and for helping us find the house of our dreams.
